When you message a business that uses Fisher's AI on WhatsApp, we collect your phone number, your name (if you share it during the conversation), the content of your messages, and information our AI works out from the conversation — such as what you're asking about — to help that business's staff respond to you properly.
Your information is used to reply to you (either by AI or by a real staff member), to route your conversation to the right person if needed, and to help the business you're messaging serve you better. Your information is only ever used for the specific business you messaged — never shared with any other business on our platform.
Each business using Fisher's AI can only see their own customers' conversations — never another business's.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services to the business you messaged, and as required by law.
You can ask the business you messaged, or contact us directly, to access, correct, or delete your information.
